WHO WE WORKED WITH

OVERVIEW

This gorgeous three-story office complex features a stunning reflective glass curtain wall and ribbon glass throughout the structure, an example of some of the area’s most impressive Architectural Tilt-Up construction. Now occupied by Heartland Financial Group, this 43,000 square foot complex on Coronado Drive in Blue Springs was originally built as Harmon Industries’ headquarters. With an exposed aggregate and cast stone exterior, the Harmon Industries building truly shows the versatility of Architectural Tilt-Up – the capability of constructing multiple stories and integrating intricate architectural and visual features that would challenge even the most-skilled contractors using conventional construction techniques. Summit’s expertise in Tilt-Up ensures flexibility and customization with regard to design.
